You don’t need a lot of strength as long as you follow the easy directions. We show you how to use your body weight, not your muscles.

No, you do not. We will show you how to use your hands, elbows, knees, knuckes and fingers for pressure. We use the floor or a chair for all the massage moves.

Most of the treatments take between 15 and 30 minutes. For the most efficient results they do need to be performed at least every other day and, in some cases, every day. That is the advantage of learning how to do it yourself. You can save money and time. And it’s really very easy.

It really depends on the type of injury and how long has it been since it started. A simple strain can take as little as 2 to 4 sessions. A more complex, chronic, injury can take 6 to 12 sessions. However, you should always start seeing some relief after the first 2 or 3 sessions.

We have spent a lot of time and effort perfecting these techniques and putting the videos together. However, we are pricing them for less than what you would pay for only ONE session at most massage places. And you will have access to the videos forever.
